It’s a relaxing Home from Home Retreat
Situated on a quiet premium pitch at Searivers, Ynyslas, Borth overlooking sand dunes and Borth Golf Course. The huge wrap-around sunny decked area has outdoor furniture is fully enclosed and gated. This is a stunning area to watch the sun rise, set and to stargaze on a beautifully clear night.
Peacehaven provides all the home comforts you could wish for and is perfect for Couples, family, friends and sole travellers who are looking for breathtaking scenery, relaxation and time to explore. The full length windows in the comfortable lounge area provide picture perfect views.
This holiday home has a spacious lounge area with really comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. The family bathroom has a double width shower and theres the convenience of an ensuite in the spacious Master bedroom which has a king sized bed. The second bedroom can either be made up as a Double or two small singles (your choice!). The caravan has cosy central heating, Winter Insulation and double glazing throughout making it comfortable whatever time of the year you stay.
Park Facilities
Dog friendly Searivers Park has a Convenience Shop, a fully refurbished Licensed Bistro and a brand new Launderette. The childrens play area has recently been upgraded, there are Spiral Slides, Swings, Towers and a Platform to explore with a further play area for smaller children/toddlers. There is direct access to the Nature Reserve from the park and dogs are welcome year round on the beaches and Ynyslas Sand Dunes.
Places to Eat
The small village of Borth within 2 miles has a couple of Convenience Stores, Gift, Rock and Icecream Shops. There is a lovely Pottery and Ceramic Studio, a Craft and Coffee Shop, Art Gallery, two Fish & Chip Shops, Restaurants, Pubs, Indian Takeaway, Chemist, Dog Friendly Cinema and a Zoo. From Borth you can catch the Train to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth.
Local Places to Explore
The UniversityTown of Aberwystwth with its mile long Victorian Promenade, Pier, Cliff Railway and Castle is just 9 miles away whilst the quirky rural market town of Machynlleth is a scenic 13 mile drive. Machynlleth is a true gem with its antiquity stores, alternative lifestyle shops, galleries and craft centre. We are within driving distance to Newquay, Aberdovey, Towyn and Barmouth. Devils Bridge, Corris and many other attractions are close by.
We are lucky to regularly see Bottlenose Dolphin, Harbour Porpoise and Atlantic Grey Seals. If you stay for long enough then you will be sure to see them too.

Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS
The contract of letting is between the Lead Person and the Owner. Bookings are only accepted subject to availability, to these conditions and by agreement with the Owner. No tenancy can be established during a holiday let. If for other reasons the property booked subsequently becomes unavailable, then a postponement of the holiday may be offered or a full cash refund. The property owner will not be liable for any losses/damages, etc. suffered by the Guest as a result of the property being unavailable on the day stated. We also reserve the right to change tariffs after publication should this be considered necessary. Any such changes will be made clear prior to the booking being accepted. We recommend taking out suitable Holiday Insurance for your trip.
PAYMENT
Full payment to be made on Booking within 6 weeks of arrival. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a date and the full balance must then be paid 42 days prior to arrival. In the event of a Government imposed Lockdown affecting your holiday then we will offer you either holiday postponement to secure your new dates, or a full refund.
Please pay using a debit or credit card through our secure Booking Portal. Receipt of the payment is instant and implies acceptance of booking and Terms and Conditions. A confirmation of your booking will be e-mailed to you by return.
ALTERATION OF BOOKINGS
Once confirmation of a booking has been sent, if you wish to make small alterations to the details on the booking (e. g. adding to the number of guests, add or remove pets) then please email your request.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. In the event of a NO SHOW a refund will not be made.
LIABILITY
Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy is for holiday purposes only and is only for the period of time agreed. The Guests’ rights to occupy the property will be immediately forfeited without compensation if:
a) More people or pets than specified in our description, or as stated on the Confirmation of Booking, attempt to occupy the property.
b) Overnight guests are entertained without the Owner’s permission.
c) The Guest or their pet causes damage, noise, unreasonable disturbance or general bad conduct.
d) Smoking inside the property will incur a £100 refreshing charge.
The owner OR representative must be allowed access to inspect the property if there are suspicions of the above.
DAMAGES
Missing or broken items, replacements or repairs must be reported without delay, NOT at the end of the holiday, to the Owner so that immediate correction can be made and disputes over who caused the damage can be eliminated. Any payment for fuel, breakages, damage, extra cleaning etc. must be generously and adequately compensated. The Guest must leave the holiday accommodation in the same condition as it was found e.g. empty internal bins, clean and put away dishes etc., wipe work surfaces, hoover carpets etc. Excessive cleaning costs can be charged to the Guest. Smoking in the property will result in a £100 refreshing charge.
DESCRIPTION
We have compiled the information on our website as accurately as possible. However, we advise the Guest to verify any essential feature in the description with the owner before booking. It is important that when a cot is stated as supplied free of charge that the Guest checks with the Owner as to its suitability.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint regarding the property, the matter should always be taken up with the Owner immediately. Reasonable time must be allowed for the Owner to rectify a complaint or to meet any reasonable requests by the Guest. We regret that we are very limited in what we can do once you have left the property and it is not reasonable to air an issue over social media.
PETS We welcome dogs and do not make any charges. The Guest is responsible for declaring all pets at time of booking. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. This guideline is purely based on space within the caravan for your own comfort.
Lots of extras are provided for waggy tailed friends. Poo bags, a selection of treats, a doggy towel, bowls and feeding mat as well as a few balls. The caravan has a large composite decking space which is fenced and gated. Dogs must not be allowed to foul on the decking.
For the benefit of all guests, fellow pet owners must observe the following common sense requests,:
a) Pets must be kept under control and not left alone.
b) Please bring a bed/bedding for your pet to sleep in. Dogs must NOT be allowed on the beds. We like to provide good quality bedding and muddy paw prints are not a great look as sadly the marks cannot always be removed in the wash. You may of course bring your own bedding if your dog is used to jumping on the bed.
c) Dog poo must be bagged and placed in the Bins outside. All pet hairs must be cleared up before leaving
d) Please ensure you keep your pet on a lead whilst on the park
